The Beach Cottage
This cozy, comfortable 1300 sq. ft. cottage, situated steps from the beach, is your perfect beach retreat getaway. The southwest exposure provides you with sun all day, amazing views of the ocean and star gazing at night.
With its cozy couches, warm atmosphere and simple luxuries, you will find the cottage has all that you need for a natural getaway.
Behind this 1937 cabin, is a full size sand volley ball court. It can be used for badminton, sand castles, and other fun activities.
There are also plenty of hiking trails and adventure details provided in the cottage and the suite, in case you would like to spend your days exploring the coast.
The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, maximum 7, including children. Pets are also welcome, please ask for further details.
Free long distance calling (in North America) and wireless internet for those with computer capability in some area in the cottage.
Please note there is also an additional room for rent with a full bathroom and kitchenette in our private cottage bachelors mini suite. This rental can be added on for a flat fee of $125 a night.

Facilities & Amenities
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, dressers, clock-radio, sliding glass door leading to private patio and ocean view.
Second Bedroom: Two bunk beds, one single bed, dresser and clock-radio. Bedding provided for all.
Third room: Double bed in large den area is also available for use.
Full Bathroom: New jacuzzi tub! Bath and hand towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
Fouth room: Seperate Beach Cottage bachelors suite available for rent for only $125 a night, perfect for in-laws who need their own space.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and also includes electric stove, full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. Plastic dishes are also provided for picnics on the beach.
Laundry: Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Self catered breakfast: hot and cold cereal, bread, coffee, tea and juice are provided.
Living Room: Wood burning stove, stereo with cassette and CD player, cable T.V. and video library, paperback book and magazine library, playing cards, games and puzzles and a pull-out cot is provided for additional sleeping space.
Sundeck/Hot Tub: Your private 225 sq. ft patio off the master bedroom includes BBQ, patio table, chairs and sun umbrella. In front of the cottage is the perfect spot to relax. A view of the ocean, chaise loungers and a table and chairs under the natural protection of a weeping birch tree is a great place to eat your dinner, play a game of cards, or watch the sun go down. Behind the cottage is a sand volleyball/badminton court and beyond that, you can explore the flower gardens, fruit trees or our 8 man deluxe hot tub.
